Configure Delivery Service

Once the delivery service has been configured and connected to primasello (see Configure Lieferando , Configure Foodora, Configure WOLT or Configure Uber Eats), the configuration can be completed in primasello. The configuration can be found in the main menu under ‘Delivery service orders’.

To configure the delivery service interface, the licence has to be added in advance. Activation of Additional Modules

Connect interface

After pressing the button, a welcome screen will be displayed.

After that, you have to enter the API key that you received from the primasello support team after setup.

The standard product is used if the POS ID supplied by the shop cannot be found for any product in primasello. The price and name are overwritten by the standard product, and the tax rate is taken from the selected standard product.

Configure interface

The interface can be further customised under Delivery Service Orders > Delivery Service Configuration. The settings configured via the connector of the interface can be changed, and the interface can be deactivated and activated.

Activate receipt printing when accepting the order

If this option is enabled, the products will be printed on the receipt printer when the order is accepted, if configured in the respective product.

Enable reminder for unconfirmed orders

When this option is enabled, a reminder sounds and is printed on the printer as a receipt within the reminder interval (in minutes) to ensure that no order is overlooked.

Products

For each product in the delivery service, a product should be created in the register with the correct name, item number and tax rate. The price, name and any additional options are overwritten by the delivery service.

Note

The POS ID in the delivery service (see respective delivery service) has to match the item number in primasello so that the correct product is booked and evaluation is possible.

Tip

The tax rate for the delivery service interface is taken from the products. Ensure that the products have the correct tax rate.

Customize register interface

The ‘Delivery service orders’ and ‘Delivery service status’ actions can be placed on the register interface. The functions of these actions are described in more detail at Accepting and Charging Orders.
