Configure Foodora

Step 1: Configure your restaurant and products in Foodora
First, you have to complete the onboarding process with Foodora.
Step 2: Configure the item SKU number for products
There are several ways to configure the item SKU number:
In the Foodora Vendor Portal, enter the item SKU number in the field (the field may only be displayed after the interface has been activated).
Send a .csv file with the item numbers to Foodora Support
The field has to correspond to the item numbers of the products in primasello. The item numbers are configured in each product.

Step 3: primasello delivery service interface
Order the delivery service interface in the primasello Cloud Portal and send all the information for integration to primasello. Once the interface has been configured (this may take a few days), you will receive the API key by email.
Step 4: Configure API KEY in primasello
The final step is to configure the interface in primasello. The configuration is described under Configure Delivery Service.
