Subtotal

The subtotal function can be called up at any time while creating a receipt. This adds an item to the receipt that shows the total of all products and discounts already added. The subtotal is shown on the customer display and printed on the receipt.

After executing the subtotal function, you can continue registering the order as normal. If the quantity of an item is changed before the subtotal item or a discount is given on an earlier item, the subtotal amount will also change automatically.

Subtotal discount

A discount in euro € or percent % can be added to a subtotal item by entering the percentage or discount amount using the numeric keyboard and then pressing the corresponding discount button.

Conditions

• A subtotal discount cannot be created if there is no subtotal.

• The maximum percentage is 100%.

• The discount amount cannot exceed the total of the subtotal.

• The amount for discounts in euro has to be entered in cent (no decimal point).

• Only one discount can be applied per item (euro or percentage).
