Registration in ELSTER
Note
From version 25.1.0 onwards, the display of data has been optimised for ELSTER input fields.
The relevant data from the cash register and the TSE can be found in the following documents and files:
Export of registration data (according to DFKA taxonomy) from the cash register: JSON file
Status printout at the cash register: The status printout contains all essential information about the cash register and the technical security device (TSE), including the serial numbers of the TSE and the cash register system.
DSFinV-K export file ‘tse.csv’: The TSE data is contained in the tse.csv file, which is generated during the DSFinV-K export (data format for tax audits). This file can be used to read out the required information and enter it in the reporting form.
These alternatives offer a helpful way to retrieve the required TSE data. The information from these sources can then be transferred to the registration form to complete the registration with the tax office.
In addition to basic information such as the taxpayer's name and tax number, the following three sections must be completed:
Information about the business premises
Information about the electronic recording system
Information about the technical security device (TSE)
