Pawn

This section describes the billing and redemption of pawn products.

Register pawn

There are two ways to charge a pawn on products.

Add pawn automatically

When a pawn product is created, it can be linked to any other product. When the product for which a deposit has been registered is added to the shopping cart, the pawn item is automatically added to the shopping cart as well.

If the quantity of the product is changed, the quantity of the linked pawn also changes. When the product is cancelled, the respective pawn product is also cancelled.

Add pawn manually

If no pawn is stored for a product, the pawn has to be registered separately. To do this, the pawn product has to be placed on the register interface or entered using the item number or added to the shopping cart by scanning the barcode.

Redeem pawn

To refund pawn, a pawn product has to be configured with a negative price. This can be added to the shopping cart as usual and will then be automatically deducted from the total amount.
