Device

This chapter describes the information available about the device. The device data can be accessed in the main menu in the ‘System’ section via the ‘Device’ button. At the top of the page is a QR code that links directly to the online user manual.

All data relating to the device used can be found under the heading Information. The model and serial number refer to the hardware of the primasello cash register. The information on the app and software version refers to the primasello software components. The data provided here can be requested during support calls. The device information can also be found in the quick help section above the ‘More’ tab under ‘System Information’.

Change language

The Language option allows you to change the user interface to German or English.

Additional modules

There are various add-on modules available for the primasello register. A list of all active and inactive add-on modules is displayed here.

Here you will find all information about the connected scanner, if connected and available.

Open network settings

The settings for WLAN/LAN can be opened in the respective operating system via the ‘Network Settings’ option.

Further functions

At the bottom of the device page, there are additional functions that can be used for error analysis. For example, the test log can be recreated here.

The ‘Exit app’ button can be used to exit the primasello app on the primasello A1050 cash register.
