Log in / Log out
The cash register is locked by default when it is switched on. A user must be logged in to operate the primasello cash register. The currently logged-in user is displayed in the status bar at the top.
If the cash register is locked, a window displaying the message "Cash register locked" along with a numeric keypad will appear. Enter the user number and click "Log in". If a PIN has been stored for the user, they will be prompted to enter it. The user will then be logged in and able to operate the cash register.

Fast login
Primasello enables quick login with a two-digit user number input. For example, a user with the number 2 can log in immediately by simply typing "02" on the numeric keypad, without having to click the "Login" button.
First login
The default users (see below) are available for login when the cash register is used for the first time.
Switch user
If another user is already logged in, enter their user number using the numeric keypad on the receipt interface, then press the "Log in" button. If the login is successful, a message will appear at the bottom of the screen. The new user is now logged in.

PIN
If a PIN has been stored for the user, a window will open after the user number has been entered, prompting the user to enter their PIN. The PIN can be entered using the numeric keypad and confirmed by clicking the "Login" button. If the PIN is four digits long, logging in is performed without having to click the "Login" button.
The name of the user attempting to log in is displayed under the "ENTER PIN" heading. If this is not the correct user, click the "Back" button to return to the previous window and enter a different user number.

Fast login
primasello enables quick login if the PIN consists of four digits. For example, if a user's PIN is "1234", they can enter it on the numeric keypad and log in immediately without having to click on the "Login" button.
Change PIN
You can change your own PIN using the button on the receipt interface, if available. Alternatively, you can change the PIN in the main menu by selecting the "Change PIN" button.

When you click on the "Change PIN" button, a new window will pop up asking you to enter your current PIN. You can then enter it using the numeric keypad on the right. Then click "Continue" and enter your new PIN in the next field. Press the "Continue" button again to confirm the new PIN and save the changes.
If an incorrect PIN is entered during the process, or if the confirmation fails, an error message will appear below the input field. You can delete the entry by pressing the "CL" key on the numeric keypad. Pressing the "Back" key will take you back to the previous input field, where you can correct the current PIN or enter a new one.
Authorisation
Authorisation is required to change your own PIN.
Log out / Lock cash register
To log out of the receipt interface, press the "Log in" button without entering a number first. This will lock the cash register and open the login window. No functions can be performed until a user logs in.

Help
You can also access Quick Help when the app is locked. To do this, simply press the "Help" button in the login window.
