Important

  • To avoid instability, the cash register should be securely fastened to its base.

  • The mains socket must be located close to the device and be easily accessible.

  • This device is equipped with a safety-tested power supply unit and should only be connected to prescribed sockets with a grounded contact.

  • When the device is brought from a cold environment to the place of use, condensation may cause moisture to form inside. Allow the device to dry completely before putting it into operation (at least two hours).

  • Take special care when removing and attaching the pressure cover, as the receipt tear-off blade attached to it is extremely sharp.

  • Choose a location for the cash register that is not exposed to direct sunlight, unusual temperature fluctuations, high humidity or water splashes. Placing the cash register in such locations could damage the housing or the electronics.

  • Never install the cash register in areas with high salt content (e.g. near the sea). Installing the cash register in such locations could lead to component failure due to corrosion.

  • Never operate the cash register with wet hands. Water could get inside the cash register and damage the electronics.

  • Clean the cash register only with a soft, dry cloth. Never use solvents such as petrol and/or paint thinner. The use of such chemicals will cause discolouration and damage the housing.

  • The cash register can be connected to a normal wall socket (official (nominal) voltage). Connecting other electrical devices to the same circuit may cause interference with the cash register.

  • To completely disconnect the cash register from the power supply, pull out the power plug.

  • Avoid any contact between the device and rubber products or rubber parts of a product. Prolonged contact between rubber parts and the device may cause the housing, printer cover or other parts of the device to dissolve.

  • To completely disconnect the device from the power supply, switch off the device and unplug the system's power cord.

  • Protect the device from shock, dust, moisture and heat.

  • Always dispose of used parts, such as batteries, in an environmentally friendly manner.

  • Only use storage media recommended or approved by primasello.

Remove TSE

NEVER remove the TSE stick from the device while it is in operation! This will cause the system to crash and your data to be lost.
