Training User

The training user is used to learn the operating functions and procedures for a new user. When a training user logs in, the status bar turns orange and the addition ‘- TRAINING’ is added to the area name.

Multiple training users can be created. Depending on their permissions, training users have access to all the functions that are available in normal operation on the register interface. A training user can only make training bookings and can never switch to regular ‘sales mode’.

All training receipts created with the training user are stored in the electronic journal and marked as ‘training booking’. The text ‘training booking’ is also printed on the receipt.

Default user

A standard training user with user number 10 is stored in the system.
