Monthly and Annual Receipt
In primasello, the monthly receipt is automatically generated and stored in the electronic journal. At the beginning of a new month, after starting the system, a pop-up window automatically appears when a new item is registered, asking whether the monthly receipt should be printed.
The annual receipt (this is automatically the monthly receipt for the month of December) has to be submitted to FinanzOnline by 15 February of the following year.
The manual verification of the annual receipt is carried out in the same way as the manual verification of the initial receipt. First, the annual receipt is printed out and then verified using the FinanzOnline app. The manual verification has to be carried out by 15 February of the following year at the latest.
